Our entire family ABSOLUTELY LOVES coming here for our annual eye exams. Every single staff member from front desk, to tech, to optical has made the experience wonderful, and very friendly (and stress-free for our 3 year old). We LOVE seeing Dr. Hedlund- she made the whole experience so easy and simple, again, for the 3 year old, and is also so very personable for the adults as well. Highly recommend her for family visits. And when the three year old was getting fussy while Mom and Dad were looking at glasses, they let her try some on and she absolutely loved it. This was our second time coming and we are definitely going to be coming back- highly recommend Garland Vision Source!

I just got my check up today. First off the building is gorgeous! When you walk in you are greeted by some of the nicest, most professional people in the business. Everyone is all smiles and very positive. Dr. Hagen is very personable, kind, and professional. He let me know why he did the tests and what he was looking for. After that I met with a very kind lady who helped my find a pair of glasses. EVERYONE here is kind, professional, and all smiles. Such a great environment! Also should state that there is no big machine that blows a big puff of air in your eyes, that was always the worst thing about going to an optometrist. Instead it's a small hand-held device that barely blows air in your eye and you can barely feel it so all anxiety was gone. I love technology and Garland Vision Source. If you read all of this, give them a call and schedule an appointment. Do it :)
I had an appointment here back in March & since that time 6 months ago these folks have been amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, competent and kind from reception to optometry to lens/frame sales & repair I was blown away and grateful to be a patient here. I felt they went out of their way to help me the last couple days after my frames broke & while they were under warranty the help they offered was above and beyond, exceeding expectations.
