I have been happy with the Doctor's and staff. I am not happy that it's so hard to contact the office for scheduling or cancelling appointments. They say leave a message but they don't return your call. Prism taking over has made me less likely to want to continue to be a patient there.
So... just called to schedule an appointment to see about some serious floaters that have developed. They put me with the schedulers, that, while being pleasant, all they wanted up front was insurance information. No question about why I needed to be seen, etc, just money money money. This clinic has a great reputation, but as a first contact was pretty offputting. We'll see how it goes.
Madison, who works in Patient Scheduling, does an amazing job. She was able to secure an eye injection appointment with Dr. Lee when her schedule was very full. Thank you for going the making the extra effort to make it possible. Very much appreciated.
