Had AC and Furness check done by Kenny. Very thorough and friendly. Cleaned AC unit well of vegetation, vacuumed inside it. Will use again. Honored maintenance agreement made with Hurliman. So no charge for todays visit.
Update: The new brand Bearcat is just as great as the old Hurliman/Plumb Tech team, great deal for the monthly maintenance plan.
