Bills heating came to give me a quote. They told me that several things were malfunctioning and that I needed to replace the entire system for over $13,000. They mentioned that amount so casually, as if you were talking about $10.
I decided to get a second opinion from you guys ( Provision Heating). You thoroughly inspected the entire system and found that the issues they claimed were simply not true. You charged me only $200 to make the necessary repairs, and everything started working immediately. Thanks so much, you saved me $13,000.
Received the “run around” from another company that installed my HVAC system and a buddy referred me to Provision Heating and Air. Called Vitali at 5:40PM. I explained the situation. He talked me through the process and scheduled a troubleshooting appt for 9:30 Am the next day. Called me back later that evening to inform me they had an opening at 8:00AM. Brian showed up promptly the next day and troubleshot the problem. He spent time explaining the issue and options, and ordered the part. The company promptly processed and received warranty approval. This company should be the only one to use. This is the second time I used their services and the technician was honest in his diagnosis and did a great job fixing my AC. He did not try to get me to buy a new AC like other technicians did. Thanks again.
