I felt each session became increasingly more challenging, which is definitely what i needed! I'm a little over a month out, and my knee feels stronger and more stable than ever! I would definitely recommend“

I am 4 months postpartum with my first baby and had an evaluation with Stephanie at 6 weeks PP. She is so encouraging and meets you where you’re at and gets results for you to reach your goals. I went from having pain to being able to run and workout again. My core feels stronger now than it had prior to the pregnancy.
I also worked with Curtis, Micah, Jill & Kate (from other clinics) due to my personal scheduling, and everyone helped me with skilled professionalism. I’ve had a positive experience with everyone from front desk to clinic director and highly recommend this team of professionals!“

755 S 38th St, Tacoma“A solid community gym. Lots of variety in their equipment, several trainers on staff, a dry sauna, private washrooms with showers, and 24/7 access for members using a gate code and entry app.
Some slight issues for me personally with their auto-email system not working, but overall I would certainly recommend this gym!“

I had no idea how great a job you all do until now. Three different techs have given me a massage and they are all three geniuses. I was ready give everything I had of value after the first visit. I'm just glad they limit their pay to insurances. Thank you so much for your knowledge, professionalism and expertise.“

The location is easy to find once you become familiar and parking is ample in the garage below. The team was amazing and helped me work through post shoulder surgery recovery for +3 months as well as guide me on areas to continue to strengthen even after therapy. Overall, the intake was easy, support was great, scheduling and payments are easy, and they are able for now to get you in quickly. They also accept first choice health.“

They taught me real at home easy exercises to do with no purchase of exercise equipment. I have not been in over one year now because I don't feel the need to and any time I feel any tightness I remember the stretches they taught me, I do them and move on with my day . THANK YOU!!! All of my therapists have been knowledgeable and great. In addition, the one Massage Therapist I have been using, Colin, is the absolute best. Effective, very knowledgeable, respectful and kind are some words I would use to describe him. I am grateful for the entire staff (I have encountered) at Lakewood's Olympic Sports & Spine.“

16222 Meridian Ave E STE 101, Puyallup“I would like to share my physical therapy rehabilitation at Olympic Sports ans Spine therapy in South Hill. I was referred there by my surgeon after breaking both of my ankles. To be honest, I did not want to go there at first, I thought why do I need this, I will just walk it off on my own. But in the end I didn't want the appointments to be over. All the therapists that I met there are very professional and attentive, all the employees are very friendly and caring. The atmosphere is very amazing and promotes healing. I think that this place is this way because of the manager, Niko Manetti! I highly recommend this place to everyone who is healing after an injury. I broke my leg before and did not have a rehabilitation to help me. It was very painful and took a long time to go back to normal. This time, due to the competent therapists, Niko and Grant, I didn't even notice how I started walking without pain. I was supported at all stages of rehabilitation, all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. Do not disregard the recommendations of doctors! Physical Therapy — that’s what really helps! Again, highly recommend and thank you for making me feel like part of your family! Inna“
“I had a knee injury in October of 1979. I was pretty low not only physically but mentally as well. I can’t know how I ended up with Larry but he was exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed him. Larry invested his skills, knowledge and care to get me over that hump and back on an active, productive track. I was able to keep my job, even to take physically demanding assignments that I had thought would be beyond my capabilities. This many years later I am still thankful for having him in my life.“

1205 Buena Vista Ave, Tacoma“Michele is an expert physical therapist. Several years after I had had lower back surgery my back pain returned with the addition of leg weakness and numbness a had not had prior to surgery. I was in real trouble. After trying two other therapists with little to no improvement I was referred to Michele. Her approach to my symptoms was very different than the others. Her concentration on core strengthening without inducing any pain was the key to my recovery. She custom taylored a simple but effective home exercise program that I use regularly. She was fun to work with and extremely personable and caring. She gave me back my mobility for which I am eternally grateful.“

Through the emails, I was able to check and verify my mother's insurance plan coverage, get a Korean interpreter, and once again appreciate how they met my specific request by providing a list of available dates for my mother's first appointment (03/08/2024 at 2:45 pm).
My mother's first session went well; she was able to have an initial evaluation as well as begin moving her left arm since her vehicle accident (1/17/2024), and she was able to book the necessary follow-up appointments owing to the kind and lively front desk and clinic staff~!“

“I've done my share of PT, OT at other facilities, and now I'm recovering from a left ankle peroneus longus-to-brevis tenders surgery. I i wouldn't work with any other place. Any body you talk to with there, starting with the front desk staff to the therapist. They are all good at there jobs and go above and beyond to make sure you are successful.“
