406 Yauger Way SW STE C, Olympia“Trey is one of the most wonderful people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. I suffer from EDS, a hypermobility diagnosis, and in the 6 months I have been seeing Trey things I have been making marked improvements. I have *Never* felt this supported from a healthcare professional. Everything is presented in a way that I can easily understand, and I am always met where I am at. If you are someone that has been going to a PT, but you are longing for a place that is friendly, effective, queer-inclusive, and just overall completely accepting, your place is at Evergreen Wellness. Thank you Trey for all of the amazing work <3“
“Excellent doctor's office. Exceptional teamwork approach. Practitioners listen and suggest. Love this place.“

“Santee Brewster at Fusion is such an excellent instructor that I have been continually amazed at my own good fortune to be able to work with her. Her knowledge of the structure and mechanics of the human body, as well as her extensive experience with Pilates and therapeutic exercise, allow her to devise custom approaches to improve deficits, whether due to injury or naturally occurring. Great, classic venue, too. Highly recommended!“

I can’t say enough about the care and support I’ve received from James, Jennifer, and especially Vika!!. From day one, Vika made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. Her expertise is matched only by her kindness, and every session leaves me feeling a little stronger, a bit more confident, and more motivated to keep going.
Vika has helped me work through challenges with patience and encouragement, always tailoring her approach to meet me at my level for.modifications if needed. I always leave feeling uplifted and supported and that consistency has made a huge difference in my progress.
I have been to a lot of physical therapy offices over the years, but NW Sports PT has proven to be the best as I have progressed more here than anywhere else.I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for me! Thank you!!!!“

719 Sleater Kinney Rd SE Ste 152, Lacey“I have been a patient at Providence St. Peter Outpatient Orthopedic and Hand Therapy since Aug 2023. I was referred by my primary care doctor for relief from shoulder pain. After two months of treatment, my therapist suggested I see an orthopedist, which I did. As a result, I was given X-rays and an MRI which revealed I had a torn rotator cuff, SLAP tear, bone spurs and severe arthritis. I tried non-surgical treatment by continuing PT and an injection, but the pain persisted, so it was recommended that my shoulder be surgically repaired. I also had a frozen shoulder and my surgeon cautioned me that he would not be able to operate if the shoulder was still frozen. My therapist worked with me for two more months in an attempt to "thaw" my frozen shoulder. I went in for surgery in Jan 2024, and the surgeon was able to manipulate my shoulder and complete the surgery. The damage to my shoulder was worse than anticipated, but the surgeon was able to complete repairs. Two weeks post-surgery, I went back to PT to rehabilitate my shoulder. I am still in PT and likely will for a few more months, as I regain my mobility & strength. I have worked with several of the Physical Therapists and a PT Assistant, including Christy, Jordan, Nancy, Mark, and Jessica. The care I've received has been excellent - it is painful, but I am getting better! Shoulder surgery is a long, difficult recovery and I was told to expect it to take 6-9 months to be mostly pain-free, and a full year to restore my strength, which was complicated by a detached biceps tendon that also requires repair. Slowly but surely I'm making progress. I definitely recommend Providence St. Peter Outpatient Pediatric Therapies if you need to rehab a shoulder, knee, hand, etc.“

Cooper is terrific and very knowledgeable and I have learned a great deal. I work hard at the exercises he gives me at home and it is really paying off. I had severely broken my wrist and dislocated my fingers.
I should be close to being thru my sessions, but the staff here are friendly and great bunch to work with.
Very glad to offer my two cents. You,ll be in good hands with this group of professionals.

Both experiences were great: the care was excellent and tailored to my needs, the providers are experts, and it's a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Everyone that works here, from the front desk to the primary provider, is professional and friendly. My recoveries were excellent.“

“Ive been going here since December, I believe and I have had a great experience! I go for massage Therapy and I can honestly say without hesitation they are the best massages I've gotten. I can honestly just relax when im there. Relaxing is very dofficult given high anxiety and dealing with heavy grief but this is one of the only places i can actually relax. Ive been to so many different places over the years and typically they will talk your ear off so you cant fully relax but William has a calming environment and will liaten to music and let you fully calm wjthout trying to hold a conversation. I know thats not for everyone but for me, its important. He will always check in with you before hand and remembers my preferred pressure level, the painful areas, even ones i dorget to mention, he find them!
The staff are very friendly and the office is clean. I would highly recommend. My only issue is that lile maby PT offices, there is only one massage therapist so getting an appointment is very difficult. I typically only get ones due to last minute cancelations. Other than that, its great! Even with the challenges of getting an appointment, I would still give 5 stars!“
