Tammi is truly amazing when it comes to physical therapy / bodywork, but she's also helped on a much deeper level: education. It's wild to learn things about the body you've been living in for decades and have that knowledge transform how you move and feel each day. I'm now working on exercises that don't destroy my joints and am building up the muscles I need for comfortable movement. I've also become more curious about my own overall health as a result. In the end, we are all members of our own healthcare team, and at PT2Excel you're given the tools to be an active participant and reach your goals.
Personality-wise, Tammi is simply delightful. She is knowledgeable, kind, and has a great sense of humor. I leave each session with a smile.
