The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to provide advice so I get the most out of my workouts. The facility is clean and offers a wide range of equipment that has always been well maintained so it's available to use. The buzz is energetic, encouraging, and welcoming. “I’ve been doing physical therapy here for the last eight weeks for a shoulder injury and my recovery has been steady and successful. My pain has diminished, strength has increased and my range of motion is almost back to normal.
