Very impressed with the scheduling staff. Called day of my sons hand surgery at another location and they helped me get an appt time at a location that was close to my son's college and had certified hand specialists available. He blocked the appointment and when I called the south hill location the next day they answered right away and the communication was on point between locations. I was able to get him in a week after his surgery to the day no problem.

Staff are kind and efficient. The physical therapists all seem to be very professional and knowledgeable at what they do. The machines and benches and floor are clean and comfortable whether you are riding a bike or stretching out an injury or post surgery body part. I would recommend Olympic Sports and Spine to anyone in need of some rehabilitation.

I’ve had such a great experience at the South Hill location of OSS. The front desk staff are so welcoming and fun especially Rose, Kelsi and Tess. The therapists are very attentive and welcome your input into creating your personalized care plan. Hannah, Melissa, Dennis, John, Allen and Kim are a few of the amazing physical therapists I’ve had the pleasure to work with and would return to work with in the future
