They take the time to set up care progress meetings with the family to have open discussions on what the family’s needs are and how they can get him to our goals. They have been so wonderful to work with and my grandfather can’t say enough how much he is well taken care of. He blocked the appointment and when I called the south hill location the next day they answered right away and the communication was on point between locations.
