“My visit with the doctor was perfectly fine the one reason I give a 4 stars review is because I received a text that I should arrive at 8.15 for my 8.30 am appointment however the office does not open until 8.30. So they had me wait outside and when mentioned that the answer was of yeah we need to change that. I feel that if you know that ii is happening you should at least open the door and let people wait inside. It makes me feel it was poor customer service.”
