Short wait time to get an appointment and also short wait to go to the exam room after check in. The doctor was friendly and efficient. He explained what he was doing and showed me the difference between new/old rx. I will definitely be back when my rx needs updated.

Really great staff and crew, I unfortunately couldn't get the names of everyone but AL was great. Besides them helping me with answering questions and good service, AL and I had a nice conversation, as well as with one of the other front desk member. The doctor who provided my exam was excellent and gave me great options for optical. Amazing optical team.

Dr. Ho has been absolutely phenomenal!! My eyes are going through an 'unstable' period and what I see changes from one day to the next. It was a challenge to produce a viable prescription (on my part).Dr Ho has been extremely patient and thorough during this puzzling event. He explained what was happening and then, together, we decided on how to accommodate my very uncooperative eyes! I am certain when my glasses arrive they will be correct!! Heather was amazing helping me find the best frames and was very kind while I searched, (and searched) for the 'right' frame. Thank you! J. Tyacke
