Shannon and the front staff are extremely warm and quick to get you checked in. Mindy, the tech who does all the exams before you see the doctor, wa so patient in explaining each test and helped me do it correctly each time with no issues. Then you sit with Dr. Beazer, if only more Dr's had his skill at putting you at ease while assessing what you need for the best vision possible. Such a great office, highly recommend.
I have been going to Cascade Family Eye Care for over 10 years. Even as a snowbird in AZ, I still come back for for my annual eye exam. I appreciate you all at Cascade Family Eye Care for all that you are and all that you do!
Update: still will return but may shop different locations for glasses. I was not able to use both of my insurance coverages this time, and it was bit spendy. ***I have a huge fear of anyone touching my eyes and Dr. Rod Beazer was very understanding. He was very patient with me and I will have no trouble returning. The staff at Cascade are very welcoming and helpful.
