“Hawaiian construction did a good job helping with almost a full interior rebuild after a major water damage. Robert is very knowledgeable and is an industry expert in this area. Very reliable in terms of fixes and solution.. and very well supported by Julie.”
“Came home in Seattle on a Sunday after 4 days gone to water running out our ceiling lights into our basement. I called Tessa Long who I recalled she worked with them. Within minutes I was connected to dispatch up north who assured me they would have someone there within 2 hours on a Sunday. Tessa made sure we had the water off.
They were there in short order set up multiple fans and dehumidifiers. Tessa came Monday to visit the site and spoke to our insurance adjuster which assured them we were doing it right. Thomas the project manager stepped in. They did the demo and the full rebuild and liaised with insurance adjuster which assured the 3 month rebuild. What impressed us—incredibly rapid response; thoroughness; (Tessa)site visit and assuring insurance we were doing the right thing; laying down floor protection for non affected areas; cleanup every single day and perfect rebuild! Thomas covered all of this! I would only recommend Servpro for any unfortunate need for mitigation and repair. One call was all it took.”
“Best Contracting Company I have worked with...Very Reasonably priced compared to other company's. Very efficient and quality work. Had them do an encapusulation of our Crawlspace of this 1980 home and add a Dehumidifier. THen called them back to take care of an outbulding that had mold and bad insulation/drywall. Excellent experience with that as well. And finally called them back a third time to remove all insulation from the attic and replace and seal with brand new blowin insulation. Highly recommend them. Fair priced, excellent communication and hard working crews. Get that peace of mind and dont hesitate to use Hausmeister LLC.”
