It was a reasonable wait. RN staff, lab techs, security staff, and pharmacy were great. The Dr/PA was great. Patients were thankful they did not have to wait too long at Silverdale Urgent Care. The receptionist, nurses, and doctor provided excellent medical care. The pharmacist brought one pill to get them started. Patients like their doctor and his staff and feel fortunate to have their primary.
Best doc. Holly very personal and professional ,too. Even if Dr. Chun has to record. Nice to have 3 receptionists instead one person and 4 machines and nice big blue tent gone from lobby. Opens up area for sitting without being close to others.Agency nurses were both gone sick the day I got flu shot but I did not know that until I looked inside tent.The practitioners were working flu shots in between patients so that was why wait of 45minutes. I told receptionist out front she should inform us agency nurses were not there. Just have extra nurses or MA s there .Must be a cost issue. Dr. Shaha is always kind and thorough. She listens to my concerns and involves me in decisions for my care. The staff has always been supportive and kind. I am grateful for my health care team!
They could not have been better! I had an appt later and they made sure I made it!!! Nobody wants to go to urgent care, but when you have to- it's great when they are so caring!!!
