The receptionist, nurses, and doctor provided excellent medical care. The pharmacist brought one pill to get them started. I spent a little unexpected time at urgent care at Kaiser Permanente Silverdale Medical Center. Over the last several years, I’ve had Occasion to have to avail myself of urgent care services. This time it was for a burn. I cannot emphasize this enough, the staff at Silverdale Medical Center (all of them in every department from lab to radiology to Family Practice to urgent care, etc.) are actual amazing human beings. This place saved my life. I suffered a life threatening condition and the doctor recognized what was happening with me and saved my life. I am still alive because of this clinic, the people at this clinic are very professional and they will listen to your needs. The clinic is clean and very organized, they have everything you need without having to go to other places for diagnosis. We are switching to the Silverdale, it is like night and day compared to the Rainier clinic in Seattle.

Best doc. Holly very personal and professional ,too. Even if Dr. Chun has to record. Nice to have 3 receptionists instead one person and 4 machines and nice big blue tent gone from lobby. Opens up area for sitting without being close to others.Agency nurses were both gone sick the day I got flu shot but I did not know that until I looked inside tent.The practitioners were working flu shots in between patients so that was why wait of 45minutes. I told receptionist out front she should inform us agency nurses were not there. Just have extra nurses or MA s there .Must be a cost issue.
