The staff is always courteous & efficient, but I was somewhat surprised. While waiting to register, (at around 10:35) I overheard the person ahead of me say he was here to see Dr Rasmuson at 11:00. (I was scheduled to see him at 10:45) At around 10:55, they called in the fella scheduled for 11, & left me sitting there. I did ask why that happened & was told it was because he was there first. My guess is that a mistake was made & you don't have a first come, first served policy, but as I said, I was surprised
They removed a large growth on my 97 year old mother-in -laws hand combining the exam appointment with treatment. We appreciate the respect for her age in solving her problem quickly and professionally
Dr. Rasmussen and PA Bias always go the extra mile to listen, explain, and care. They keep up to date on new developments in the field. The other staff are supportive as well. It is a great team from top to bottom. I enthusiastically recomend the clinic to anyone with skin issues. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care or the results.
