“Really great shop with friendly customer service and knowledgeable staff. I brought in my desktop computer that had been blue screening (crashing). I spent a considerable amount of time trying to identify it before bringing it in. When I came in (3:30pm), I was immediately greeted by Robert (2 staff) and he asked what they could help with (3 other customers were in). I explained and 2 hours after I brought it in (5:30-5:45 pm), Robert called saying they identified the issue. He gave me some options and by Saturday around 1:30 PM he had replaced the part, ran some tests, and optimized it. Exceeded my expectations and quite frankly I was dreading bringing it in. Definitely will go back if I have anything I cannot resolve.“

I came to find out that he had let someone borrow his laptop who created a user account and the laptop was locked due to forgotten password. Many attempts to unlock the laptop failed. The agency told me about Jacob the owner of Kitsap Tech Support who volunteers his time to teach seniors computer classes. I sent Jacob an email regarding the laptop. To my surprise he responded very quickly and then followed-up with another email with problem ticket, repair time and tech name who will be assisting with the laptop. Tony who came to help with the repair was very tech savvy, patient and kind. This company is not just a another business but a business with community in mind. I really appreciate Jacob for his involvement in the community.“
“I was so shocked and pleasantly surprised that this place was not only so quick wiht the turn around, but the women working there was such a delightful person and fixed my tower in a day. I had a computer I built 4 years ago and started having some issues with the audio, which then became a full blown melt down and I had to completely wipe the computer to even get it to boot. I brought it to her in case I was doing anything incorrectly and she instantly fixed the issue I was unable to diagnose. So fast and very friendly! Go here! Shes awesome!“
