Colin and Atticus helped me understand how to use so many things on my phone. They were very patient and gave me basic information that I can use and build on that for getting the most out of my phone. Thank you.

Atticus from Kitsap tech-support came to my house today and fixed both of my printers. It’s the fourth person who is tried to fix the printers and Atticus spent only a few minutes. He was very pleasant, very professional and I’m very happy with his work. and although we were chatting the entire time, it only took him 45 minutes. A real bargain OK where do I send it?

I had an urgent computer issue and reached out to Kitsap Tech Support at the recommendation of a neighbor. They were able to schedule a Technician to come out with in a few days (during the busy holiday season) and quickly resolved my issue. The Technician, I believe his name was Aiden, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He got to work quickly and was patient with all my questions. I am very happy with the service I received and would call on them again!
