“Dropped my computer while its charger was plugged in, and the impact ended up breaking the charging port. Brought it in to Ryan to see if he could replace the charging port and an hour later he had diagnosed the problem, put a spacer into the laptop to keep the charging port from getting moved out of place again, and charged me less than he initially quoted since the port didn't need to be replaced.
If you have something wrong with your laptop, bring it in for Ryan to look at.
