IT Services & Computer Repair near Port Orchard picked by BestProsInTown
“As a voiceover talent I was just recording the last chapter for an Audiobook when a Windows registry failed and I could not even log into my computer. I was on a deadline. She accepted the challenge, it was repaired and Windows reset rapidly without losing any files. Works great and met my deadline.”
“Fantastic service, swapped out a wifi card and added a bit more to my laptop without any issue and the machine runs like new now. Good banter, too.”
“A friend recommended Denali Computer Services when I feared our computer had been hacked in early 2024.
Joseph was able to accept our computer the day I contacted him.
He understood the problem and was able to allay my fears and gave me a course of action to take while he analyzed our system.
I got our computer back in 2 days’ time.
• The system had been cleansed of malware and junk.
• Our Windows 11 system was reinstalled and files recovered.
• The security software that we had been using was replaced by DCS Security and Ransom Zapper.
When I have had concerns about our network security, Joseph has been prompt in answering my calls.
When Ransom Zapper was replaced by Aurora we had a few glitches that were immediately addressed.
In July 2025 my laptop computer stopped working. I needed it for a trip. Joseph was again able to accept the unit the day that I called. He found the problem, but we decided that the repairs would cost more than a new laptop of equal type.
The latest version of Aurora Cares has been a very smooth transition. I feel secure knowing it is running in the background keeping me aware of any threats.
I would greatly recommend Denali Computer Services and Cybersecurity to anyone that wants peace of mind while using the internet and social networks.”
