Joseph was able to accept our computer the day I contacted him.
He understood the problem and was able to allay my fears and gave me a course of action to take while he analyzed our system.
I got our computer back in 2 days’ time.
• The system had been cleansed of malware and junk.
• Our Windows 11 system was reinstalled and files recovered.
• The security software that we had been using was replaced by DCS Security and Ransom Zapper.
