What a great experience! I needed a visa photo that had tons of complicated instructions. Not only did he take the photo, but later on the phone walked my through how to get it onto the visa web site, which initially wouldn't accept it. Big help!!
Eric was super helpful when a software upgrade caused me to be unable to use my Mac. He helped me get the computer back up and working quickly so I could finish a job that was due. He also gave me advice on how to upgrade the software without causing another crash.
Eris has done a fine job for me! He is kind and quiet and patient at dealing with the email and tech problems that I don't want to think about. I feel so safe with him as my remote IT dude.
