“I called Rez Construction when I came to know that one of my buildings has been several damaged due to the wind storm in November 2024. From the get go, they were very responsive, understood the situation, quickly engaged with the work.
They coordinated with the insurance to get the ball rolling. They completed the work in under 3 months despite their busy schedule, especially given the amount of damage the building had.
Due to their effort, we were able to quickly move the business tenants back in, leading to minimal disruption to the business.

One thing I really appreciate with Reza is their timely response. In my previous experience with contractors, I find it very challenging to get hold of them, but was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness. Its so great to be able to call the contractor and get hold off them (not some receptionist without context or voicemails that never be returned).

The quality of the work is great and we passed all our inspections with flying colors on the first attempt. They did extra flooring work and paiting work that tenants requested, which was not in original scope.

Hopefully not, but if I ever encounter a tough situation such as this, I will certainly reach out to Rez Construction again.“

“We have 2 matching 8x10 Persian styled rugs by Thomasville. After 7 years, 3 dogs, and lots of foot traffic, they had gone from creams, blues, and pale grays to dull and stained (oily dog sleeping spots) and discolored (high traffic areas). One week after Fuzzy Wuzzy Rugs picked them up, they were delivered so clean they looked brand new. There had been one small area that had been under the leg of our dining room table that had retained its original colors, and the entire rug matched it and could no longer be found. And both rugs look equally great. The living room rug perfectly matches the dining room rug again. We will definitely use Fuzzy Wizzy Rugs again and I highly recommend them if you have an area rug that needs cleaning. They were prompt, courteous, and professional.“
