We had Bradley Air come out and instal our mini split and I don't even know where to begin. They are by far one of the most responsive, caring, professional companies I have ever worked with. We had our unit installed and ready to go in under 3 weeks from the time I called in to get a quote. Duane is the nicest guy to work with, even with all my silly questions. I was at work the date of installation, but I had my mom here to unlock the door and answer questions and even she was impressed and had a lot to say about their professionalism. My wife and I were very impressed with the service provided by Bradley Air Company throughout the entire process of purchasing and installing a new heat pump. Bradley Air came out in a timely manner to provide us an estimate. They worked with us to find a heat pump compatible with our existing air handling unit. They explained the entire process for heat pump installation. Their estimate was more than $2000 lower than the other three bids we received.
