On December 28th my heat went off. I phoned Sunset Air who I have used for servicing my heating system for 13 years and explained that my husband was in the hospital and I was alone with no heat except for a propane fireplace in the livingroom that puts out little heat. I was told that because of the Holiday no one could come out to help for one week. I then phoned Olympic Heating & Cooling after a recommendation from my neighbor. There was someone out here within the hour. The problem was accessed as a malfunctioning heat pump and emergency heating was started up. What a relief! Their service technician, Greg, is an outstanding debug engineer. We have been a customer 14 years. Because of their excellent service, we chose them to install a heat pump at our rental. Their install team was excellent as well.
