Went in today with two suits, one which didn't fit well (she offered to fix it up), but that I told her I could return; and another, that she pointed out already fit perfect, and didn't need any work done. Any less-than-honest tailor could have convinced me I needed (unnecessary) work done on the latter so I appreciated her honest feedback. She had also offered to do it much quicker than other tailors which was also a plus. Will go back in the future next time I need a tailor.“

I have had several delicate and difficult alterations done here, including a chiffon layered pant for a wedding, and wow! Beautiful outcome every time. They do require an appointment for alterations now, so make sure to call ahead of time; that said, they are very accommodating for last minute appointments. They also do a great job with traditional dry cleaning service, and we could not be happier with how our garments come out.“

“I came in with 3 separate special requests and Magnolia Cleaners was experienced, thoughtful, and patient enough to help me with all 3 issues. #1: I brought a vintage family item in...my mother's prom dress that I was planning to wear for an official event in Washington D.C. and the owner and/or manager was able to help me trouble shoot the best way to clean it including spot checking the fabric for me...problem solved! #2: I brought in a brand new tie that had wine and oil spilled on it the first time it was worn and they were able to get the stains out. And #3: I've been paying what feels like an obnoxious amount of money to have my puffy jackets cleaned and they quoted me a rate that was significantly below what I pay to another speciality cleaner. “Sunny and Bruce altered three poorly fitting, some not fitting at all, unwearable gowns for my wedding. The service was quick and reliable. They were so kind, and made sure I looked perfect for my wedding day. While I don’t recommend waiting last minute for these things, they pulled off a lot of work in a short window. Excellent hand and probably machine stitching (no obvious or harsh lines -like magic), a beautiful press, and confidence that in my opinion was well worth the dollar amount. She handled vintage, new, and heavily beaded garments with ease. I don’t have a lot of photos as my wedding was only a few days ago, but I wanted to make sure I left this review. “I was nervous bringing a somewhat pricey winter coat to Primo. But the lady owner was very professional and took great care of the coat. They even managed to get out a stain that I thought was hopeless. Highly recommended.“

“They did an excellent job with our giant sized Minky Couture blanket. I was worried because those blankets can't have any heat at all for drying or it burns the fabric but it turned out great. I tried to wash it at home (like our other 2) but it was too heavy for our front load washer. It was soaking wet for days and smelled like mold but came back brand new and for $50. Saved me $300 on a new blanket!“
