I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner for 7 years now. The owner is always so accommodating and does a fantastic job. I had a recent wedding where I forgot to dry clean the shirt part of the outfit, he had it ready first thing for me the next morning. And I dropped the shirt off with 2 hours before closing the day before. That’s incredible service. If you live in Magnolia, come here.
I came in with 3 separate special requests and Magnolia Cleaners was experienced, thoughtful, and patient enough to help me with all 3 issues. #1: I brought a vintage family item in...my mother's prom dress that I was planning to wear for an official event in Washington D.C. and the owner and/or manager was able to help me trouble shoot the best way to clean it including spot checking the fabric for me...problem solved! #2: I brought in a brand new tie that had wine and oil spilled on it the first time it was worn and they were able to get the stains out. Great value and quick service (even without necessarily requesting faster turnaround)! Plus the owner is always friendly and cheerful. Would definitely recommend for dry cleaning and alterations.
