“The guy working here is incredibly terse and borderline rude, the opening hours are also incorrect both on their shop front and online, but I have to say that the work that they did on a coat I brought in was outstanding, the coat had moth damage and seemed beyond repair, somehow they managed to make it look as good as new, seriously impressive. If you can ignore the rudeness, it's worth it.“

“My suit jacket was altered flawlessly, even though it is reclaimed vintage fabric that is difficult to work with. She is quite expensive, but if you need high quality work done then you can rely on her. I only had 6 days before leaving town for a wedding. She charged $150 to take in the waist and shorten the arms of my delicate suit jacket (April 2023). Details like wrist buttons and seam lines were preserved - on the hanger it looked like the original, but when I put it on it fit perfectly. Loads of compliments at the wedding!“

“I have been going here for a very long time. They are fantastic! It's not just dry cleaning, she (a very nice lady) and her husband do all sorts of alterations and repairs. I can't sew a button back on without breaking down and weeping in frustration, so I am glad they are just down the street! Their turnaround time is great, and their prices are reasonable. I was talking to her today; they have been there for 21 years! That says a lot, especially for Seattle. Highly recommended!“
