I was nervous bringing a somewhat pricey winter coat to Primo. But the lady owner was very professional and took great care of the coat. They even managed to get out a stain that I thought was hopeless. Highly recommended.

I was looking for an altering shop to fix up my pants but there was none that would be able to fix it because the rip is huge (sadly). I called this shop by a recommendation from my friend and it is everything I need! The lady that fix my pants was super nice and easy to work with. She gave me different choices that she can do to fix it and I thought it was super helpful to know before she starts on it. She fix my pants perfectly and offered cleaning services as well! Definitely would come back!

I had my winter jacket with a white faux fur collar cleaned here and a heavy sweater. Both look like new. I’m very satisfied with the service here. The lady in the shop is very nice and friendly.
