I just needed to get a basic pair of pants shortened, and they charged me $30. I don't really know if that was a reasonable price, but the sewing itself turned out fine. Not sure if I would come back though.
I came in for repairs to my jeans (button kept falling out). The repairs were made promptly, and it was a very pleasant experience! I'd definitely go back for any more alterations I need, and I recommend people come here for their cleaning/alteration needs!Service: Alterations
Big W Cleaners is amazing!! I had a very delicate and expensive pair of pants that needed a difficult repair job (invisible seam repair) and within a week I got them back perfectly cleaned and repaired. I am so impressed and relieved and will definitely be using Big W anytime I need dry cleaning or repairs. The woman working was very nice and helpful, thank you so much!!Services: Laundry wash & fold
