“Vitality got me in for last minute, Hydro facial and chemical peel. They were so kind and accommodating, but my aesthetician Emily was the absolute shining star - sunshine incarnate. Due to the last-minute nature of my appointment they didn’t have their standard room available, but I never would’ve known the difference because Emily‘s energy completely transformed the space. “I have not been to the spa but I use the skincare products and I adore them: they are a gift for the senses and the skin. The glass containers are environmentally-friendly and remind me of an old world apothecary. I love the gentle aroma of the different products; it really adds to the at-home self-care experience. Leaf and Water skincare products are the most amazing I have ever used; the difference between her products and everything else I’ve tried is astounding. “Last week I went to Sapien for a hydro facial, and I was absolutely blown away by the results. The session lasted almost three hours, and honestly, it was the best thing that’s ever happened to my face, neck, and chest. Kristen, the esthetician, gave me the most incredible facial I’ve ever had — hands down.

From the beginning, the experience was on another level. Before starting the treatment, they had me go through a skin analysis using a specialized machine to assess the condition of my skin. They showed me the results, explained what was going on with my skin, and gave me personalized recommendations — including the importance of using sunscreen regularly. It felt very thoughtful and professional.

Since moving to the U.S., I’ve tried facials in many spas across several states, including plenty here in Washington, and I’ve always ended up disappointed. It usually felt like a quick exfoliation, steam, and some creams. But at Sapien, the level of care, detail, and expertise was totally different.

Kristen’s attention to detail during the extractions was a solid 10/10. The equipment they use is top-of-the-line, and the facial room was so comfortable I actually fell asleep during the session — which is rare for me. I usually can’t nap during the day, much less during a facial, but it was so relaxing that I just drifted off. When I woke up, my skin felt transformed — baby smooth. And what amazed me even more is that not only did my skin look and feel amazing that same day, but it stayed that way. It’s been a week, and my skin still feels incredibly soft and glowing.

They even gave me a small complimentary hydrating cream, which I’ve been using since the appointment, and it’s made a big difference. My skin just feels amazing.

I’ve been raving about Sapien to all my friends and anyone who will listen. Every penny spent on this kind of self-care here is 100% worth it. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!“

The anesthesiologists is SO kind & compassionate & talked me through everything & genuinely cared about me- she was so authentic. Kelley answered my never ending questions , Angela & Mandy are knowledgeable & so helpful & I'm forgetting a few people but only because I'm terrible with names. The cute woman that did my pictures:) was super patient with how terrible I am at taking directions. Every single person made me feel cared for on every level & at every single point in this process. I was so nervous & they took all the time I needed to walk me through my questions. I still have stitches in - but I can tell my results are going to be so good. My healing is going well too. He is incredibly talented—I’m always amazed that he doesn’t charge twice what he does. “Beredu has been such a great partner in this journey. I was frightened, and when we first met, she was so comforting. She explained the process. She always follows up after an appointment to see how I'm doing. I know that you can get botox cheaper, but I've learned it's a little art. Better to have someone who knows what they're doing.“

“I have keloid prone skin and had my very large keloids removed using Cryoshape. It did leave a little bump where each keloid was but compared to how big they were a small bump is nothing. I won’t say the process was easy you have to be committed to keeping your wound clean and the first day is painful but not as painful as having lumps the size of silver dollars hanging from my ears.highly recommend working with Dr. Greene“

“My partner and I really like the concept behind this (C/O mixed gender spa), but it still has a bit to go before getting a fifth star. The facilities are clean and well maintained, but a bit cramped (the single sauna is just too small to accommodate everyone at times). It would be nice if there were a sauna clock or sand timers in the sauna too (typical in European saunas for safety concerns). Also, there can be a lack of available seating outside... especially if you want a sunbed.

With regards to etiquette, they give you a thin wrap and a single towel for your visit. We chose not to cover up with either during our visit, since it seems silly. However, it would be nice if they had a rule mandating shower shoes/slides when using the facility. Also, though people did sit/lie on their towels, there were lots of bare skin on the sauna benches and sun beds; my wife laid down to work on her tan, only to complain that the cushion smelled like feet. Another problem was that people frequently entered the sauna only minutes after someone else had; this lowers the temperature and is poor sauna etiquette.

As far as atmosphere is concerned, it was 80% single males...which seems to be the norm when it comes to social nudity in the U.S. Not to say that single males are a problem per se, but rather the ratio certainly could make females uncomfortable and is certainly not Sacred Rain's fault. All this said, will be returning!“
