My experience has always been wonderful at the Northgate ideal image location. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going here for almost 5 years and I refuse to go anywhere else, they work with your schedule and provide a wonderful environment and experience. Leslie is awesome and a great manager. Hannah is amazing. She’s quick and very good at what she does. I request her every time. She’s friendly and provides a comforting and pleasant experience.
Leslie and her providers are great would be nice if corporate woul invest in them more and understand their competition here in Seattle. Meaning they don't have all the fancy bells and whistles but they have the product and talent.
Lovely staff and great efficacy. They are so kind and helpful with any issues that arise. All the providers are quite knowledgeable and give great treatments. The laser hair has definitely been my favorite, how amazing to not have to shave my underarms! Thank you Northgate team for your hard work and creating such a safe space for your clients to feel comfortable and confident!
