“Been coming here for a few years now. Always pleased with their service. Prices are pretty good, about $17 to dry clean a wool coat, for example. Clothes are clean and pressed upon pickup. Owners are super nice and friendly! Parking is a bit weird here but no problem to park across the street at Met Market lot.“

“I came in with 3 separate special requests and Magnolia Cleaners was experienced, thoughtful, and patient enough to help me with all 3 issues. #1: I brought a vintage family item in...my mother's prom dress that I was planning to wear for an official event in Washington D.C. and the owner and/or manager was able to help me trouble shoot the best way to clean it including spot checking the fabric for me...problem solved! #2: I brought in a brand new tie that had wine and oil spilled on it the first time it was worn and they were able to get the stains out. And #3: I've been paying what feels like an obnoxious amount of money to have my puffy jackets cleaned and they quoted me a rate that was significantly below what I pay to another speciality cleaner. They were so kind, and made sure I looked perfect for my wedding day. While I don’t recommend waiting last minute for these things, they pulled off a lot of work in a short window. Excellent hand and probably machine stitching (no obvious or harsh lines -like magic), a beautiful press, and confidence that in my opinion was well worth the dollar amount. She handled vintage, new, and heavily beaded garments with ease. I don’t have a lot of photos as my wedding was only a few days ago, but I wanted to make sure I left this review.
