I had a hole repaired in jeans, two pants altered at the waist, a zipper repair, and a pocket repair. The quality of the work is great and I am very happy with the results. “I came in with 3 separate special requests and Magnolia Cleaners was experienced, thoughtful, and patient enough to help me with all 3 issues. #1: I brought a vintage family item in...my mother's prom dress that I was planning to wear for an official event in Washington D.C. and the owner and/or manager was able to help me trouble shoot the best way to clean it including spot checking the fabric for me...problem solved! #2: I brought in a brand new tie that had wine and oil spilled on it the first time it was worn and they were able to get the stains out. And #3: I've been paying what feels like an obnoxious amount of money to have my puffy jackets cleaned and they quoted me a rate that was significantly below what I pay to another speciality cleaner.
