One of my dresses was quite large, and instead of turning me away, they went above and beyond by creatively combining two boxes to accommodate its size. Throughout the entire process, they provided me with constant updates, which really put my mind at ease. I can't recommend them enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. “I had a few martial arts patches placed on a jacket 10-09-2023 the lady who completed securing the patches advised me the jacket would be ready to pick up 10-11-2023 . Today 10-10-2023 I received phone call stating my jacket is ready to pick up today. Very friendly and professional employees who take pride in the work they do. “I subscribe to the wash fold service because my w/d is in such an inconvenient place at my new house. I have gotten a couple of items that aren't mine back in with my clothes, which makes me wonder if I've lost items? But I haven't noticed so that's on me hahaAaron has been really friendly every time I've interacted with him. His wife was also nice when I talked to her. There was a billing error that couldn't be fixed when I first signed up but it all worked out because I was able to use the credit. I do have some Disney dresses from the dress shop I have gotten dry cleaned there, I do think it's expensive at $30 a dress but they've come out nicely. I also haven't shopped around for prices because I'm sure it's expensive everywhere. Overall, as someone who has used their services a lot, no complaints :) oh also I do really like their website/customer portal. I can track my order and they also put your items in your profile, which is a nice touch.“
