Overall, Bakker's Fine Drycleaning earns high recommendations for its dedication to excellent service and customer satisfaction.
This is definitely not the least expensive dry cleaner I've used, but you pay for what you get (which was fantastic).1. No weird chemical smell (I hate dry cleaning smell).2. Reasonable turnaround time (Drop off Saturday, pick up Wednesday as a standard service)3. Straightforward service: My husband's 20-year-old leather trench was abysmal - I wanted to throw it out - but he insisted we try. I looks amazing. They told me upfront that it wouldn't be cheap - I love that they level-set with me.I am already going back with my next round.
Bakker's and the staff do a great job with all my dry cleaning in the Ballard location. They are quick, efficient, and almost always can get that awful stain out. They were even able to track down a belt for a piece that was dry-cleaned at the main facility. Recommend highly. Laurel
Bakker’s is the only dry cleaning service I’ll ever use because of their premium customer service. I mostly use them for my down comforters and when I pick them up they’re not only clean, but feel brand new. They add finishing touches too, like putting the items in reusable storage bags instead of just draping plastic bags over them. They usually send a 50% off “Thank You” gift after I pick up my item, which is a nice bonus. I can’t really comment on how their prices compare to other dry cleaners because I haven’t done the research. I feel that you more than get your moneys worth because of the service they deliver.
