I had a water leak at my house that caused a full demolition of my house both upstairs and downstairs. I met with with a few companies but I was blown away by the responsiveness and level of customer service from Belfor Water restoration and particularly Jorge Pina. This was obviously a traumatic experience with my home essentially getting gutted, but Jorge knew exactly what was going to be needed and how to work with insurance to make sure I was made whole again.I wouldn't hesitate to use Belfor and particularly ask for Jorge. Belfor is a great vendor to use for remediation repairs. They are always prompt and come with all the proper drying equipment to get the job completed. Their mitigation repair team is also professional and completes the repair as if the leak never occurred.Belfor always comes highly recommended.
