“I am so happy, really shocked and awed at the great work they did and how clean it looks. I did not take before pictures but some of these areas were black and gray with grease stains, and other rooms had large stains, I didn’t think they would be able to come out because previous carpet cleaners hadn’t been able to lift them out. All the stains are gone and it looks amazing I’m really happy and pleased with my choice in this company and will definitely be having them return.“

“Ivan and team were great. 10/10 would recommend. We have a nightmare situation in our condo - the neighbors’ upstairs had a water heater leak and destroyed a good chunk of our - walls, ceilings, floors, crawl space. We can’t even live there at the moment. Ivan and team has to take up tile, wall board, laminate floors and insulation and then dry it all out. He was so great through the entire process. I submitted a form on his website and he called me within 10 minutes and was on site that day. He gave us a good estimate and also worked with us to help get things sent to the HOA and insurance. He kept us informed through the whole process and texted me updates regularly. The cost ended up exceeding the estimate by quite a bit - BUT they found more damage than expected and he kept me posted on all the necessary add ons - nothing they could have predicted or prevented. I was also really happy with how respectful they were of our home. They had to move quite a bit of our things and they did so with a lot of care. They also left it very clean (despite actively doing demo in there) and used plastic to protect any unaffected areas. Given that this was unexpected and we didn’t have time to move all our stuff or go through everything, we really appreciated that.“

“In April of last year, I moved from Kent to Bremerton. I had used Wheeler Painting for about 10 years in Kent. They were fantastic. At the one year warranty inspection of this new build, the inspector identified that the builder—Richmond American Homes—had only put one coat of wrong formulation paint on the house. Additionally, they used flat paint in the three bathrooms. Yes, flat paint! You could still see the wood of the soffits. A neighbor said his daughter ran her hand down the side of their house and paint came off all over her little hands! So…I emailed Michele to seek her help. Mind you they are at best an hour away. Traffic can extend that by 30 minutes! First she sent out Bill who measures and looks at the areas to be painted. (I thoroughly enjoy his visits—kinda’ like a family visit). Then she sent a team of three out here who did a BEAUTIFUL job! 2 coats. They were very professional as all of her staff have been over the years. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Though the inspector said I could wait a year or two to have it repainted, I wanted to protect my investment and sooner than later. I knew that Wheeler Painting could provide that protection! Permadry was the only company to install a system that is by far superior to all the others. It has been 5 years now and their system is still going strong, and there are no issues. They uphold their regular maintenance and service the system ensuring the system is operating effeciantly. Yes, we had a couple of reschedules, no big deal, but along with the reschedules was direct communication, apologies, and always offered solutions.
