This was my SECOND visit by Stanley Steemer for home service this week. My initial call garnered me very quick scheduled event for both instances. This was AWESOME and a HUGE convenience for me! This second visit was for HVAC duct and vent cleaning. 2 associates were sent out to complete the task. ONCE AGAIN I was very pleasantly surprised with the personnel employed by Stanley. Cameron and Dexton were my DUST WARRIORS. Both fellas were pleasant and very friendly. They shared with me EVERYTHING they were going to do, and answered ALL of my annoying question!! Great, reliable cleaning service! Ryan was our local technician — he was friendly, polite, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave great advice on how to ensure the best longevity of the cleaned carpet. Excellent service! Carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years (renters) had stains and was matted. Now it is not. Looks so much better! Gabriel did an outstanding job. Here on time, explained what he was doing, did the job to the highest standards. Will hire again. Thank you!
