Caprina was great and knowledgeable. Very quick and efficient.We were disappointed to find out that our wood floors couldn't be cleaned because they had been waxed a few years ago. She called her manager and the manager quoted us $250hr (approx 4hrs) to strip the floors.Obviously we were not going to go that route, so we opted to only have our bathroom tiles cleaned ($47 job). We then find out that there is a $124 minimum cost.... she was very accommodating in cleaning our staircase to make up the difference in cost.Would have been 5 stars if we had known about the wood flooring in advance.

Hi, the 2 that came out to my house did a very wonderful job and they was very friendly. I really appreciate the work that they did and they. Also, they walked me through everything that they was the whole position and they showed me the pictures. And that's what I like. And they did a very good job on doing my cleaning. My ducks in my furnace out. Thank you very much, Lola.

My technician Travis was superb! He was polite, efficient, and informative. I’ll be a life long Stanley Steamer customer because of the service Travis provided!
