“As someone who never leaves reviews, Id be doing a disservice to my local community if I didn't recommend Zach as an amazing PT physician.
I'll keep it short and just say that I was convinced surgery was the only way to reduce the pain caused from a degenerated lumber disc.
After a couple of months with Zach, building up strength is specific areas, I was finally able to carry my toddler, play outside with him, and live without constant pain. When did the pain start again? During the times I couldn't make my appointments.
