James S. is one of their massage therapists, and he’s phenomenal. I really appreciate that his massages feel very intentional, like he’s really listening to the muscles and going in on the knots not by overpowering them with force but by moving with them. Usually I feel like 60m isn’t enough but with James’s intentionality paired with the soothing music, a 60m massage felt like 2h for me because my body felt like it actually made progress.

Comforting energy, intentionality, and actual results in my muscles are an elite combo for a massage therapist.
