My experience at Eastside Bodywork was amazing! Simone's thoughtful and methodical approach to solving my lower back pain showed her dedication and wide breadth of knowledge in this space. I felt relief, and my hip/back mobility made positive gains immediately.

I had a pinched nerve in my neck that wasn't going away. I even went to the ER to make sure it wasn't heart related since my nerve pain was mostly down my left arm, scapula and neck. They confirmed pinched nerve but now what? MRI? Orthopedic Dr.... I had tried massage and chiropractic before the ER visit but it didn't change. 5 days of pain that won't let you sleep. Then I got in to see Simone and in one treatment the pain decreased and in most places gone. Very happy with the results. Now I can sleep. Thank you Simone.
