We had Dr. Amy (Cottrile) perform end of life care for our dog Cinnamon yesterday. She has such a compassionate and understanding approach to providing this service, due to her years of experience with ailing pets, and their families. She helped make the journey across the "Rainbow Bridge" for our 16+ year old Miniature Poodle/Pomeranian, who was blind, unstable and suffering from advanced cognitive decline, more of a relief, than a reason for grief and despair. This might not be the case for everyone who is facing this difficult decision, as some pets might have more rapidly progressing illnesses that make this decision more "pressing", but in our case, watching Cinnamon decline on nearly a weekly basis over her final two years, it was the "right decision" for our family. I found Kelli in my search for a hair + makeup artist for my wedding in June of 2025. She was listed as a recommended vendor on the website of my wedding venue (Congregational Church of Mercer Island), so I reached out to her. I know very little about makeup, and the extent of my normal hair styles is a claw clip or a bun. Kelli made me feel super comfortable in our first session, and as a fellow curly hair gal, gave me confidence that she'd know how to handle my hair.
I did a trial run with her, where she accommodated my request for an updo with a hair piece and a minimal, natural look for makeup. She did an awesome job, but after some personal reflection, I'd decided I wanted it slightly different. So in a cut 3 weeks before the wedding, I called the audible and she was more than eager to take it on.
The day before, she had me in to get ready for my rehearsal dinner (which also turned out great). Then the next day, she showed up bright and early at the venue to not only help me, but also do a combination of hair and makeup for some of the other gals in the bridal party.
I was absolutely thrilled at how it turned out. I'd asked Kelli to incorporate my natural curls, which undoubtedly took more time to manage, but my hair stayed in place the whole night (even after tearing it up on the dance floor). And the makeup was exactly what I was looking for—my husband wanted to still be able to see my freckles, but I also didn't want to look washed out and oily in the photos, and I think Kelli hit the mark there. And needless to say, all my girls were absolutely gorgeous as well. Kelli knocked it out of the park!

Two of my teenagers had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Beatty. Everyone we interacted with at the office was friendly, helpful, and reassuring, which really helped ease nerves before the procedure.
The care team was professional and did a great job connecting with my teens. They quickly picked up on their likes and interests, joked with them, and made them feel comfortable and relaxed—especially helpful for my anxious teen. They took the time to listen and answered questions without rushing.
Dr. Beatty even called the evening after surgery to check on how they were doing, which we really appreciated. Recovery went smoothly with no bruising or swelling, and the incision sites healed very quickly. Based on the quality of care, they were able to return to school and sports faster than I anticipated! Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Beatty and his team.
Mary has a practice that is friendly, professional and skillful. She treated my TMJ for my jaw and by the third treatment I was shocked how much it had improved. I have had other PT-TMJ specialists that did little to help my problem. Her practice is no frills. You don't pay for music or "atmosphere." She is a skilled masseuse who understands how muscles work. Falls and years of stress led to tense muscles that she released in my neck/jaw. We are working on my hips and my periformus muscle, same issue. I very much recommend Mary Thomas! PT told me to strengthen areas contrary to what I knew needed relaxation and release. Mary instinctively worked areas and I can not believe how quickly my body has responded. I can't believe it. She is absolutely a miracle worker for me. I hope you find the same. She is JUST THAT GOOD!
I have been going to Bel Viso Day Spa for over 20 years and they have never disappointed me in their service. Today though, was a treatment that went above and beyond anything I had experienced before. I have been getting massages with Shanna for over a year now and I finally feel like I have found the person who knows my aches and pain. I can always trust when I go to her, she will get that kink out of the shoulder, hips wherever. For the past two months I have been dealing with horrible pain in my top part of my foot, went to urgent care, my foot doctor, got xrays and all they could tell me was it was probably arthritis flareup. I went today and ended up upgrading to a 90min deep tissue massage and Shanna went to town. It was the most painful yet wonderful massage I have had yet. As they say, no pain no gain. What I gained back was the fluid movement in my ankle, the pain 95% reduced and my whole body feeling like it could move again. THANK YOU so much Shanna for your time and your patience with me. You have a client for life! PS: It takes an exception experience for me to leave a review, and this was definitely worth it.

She does a very good job giving head maddages, making time passs due to being an amazing listener and engaging in conversations. The best comes last and that’s her blow outs ! I went on Mother's Day and got a Mani/Pedi. The ladies were super sweet and did a great job. The pedicure was just under an hour, and they spent a good amount of time on the massage portion. The gel paint job on my nails looks excellent ?
