I am so happy to have this great "home energy audit" experience with From the Ground Up Home Inspection. Kirk is so professional and detail. I've learned a lot from him of how to improve the house energy efficiency. We walked through every corner of the house, attic, crawl space, etc. to check air leak (with the help of infrared meter, fume maker) or anything can be done to make it better. This is a super valuable audit, which I strongly recommend Kirk and his services.

Kirk did an amazing inspection on an ancient mobile home. I am still blown away by the degree of thoroughness each time I see the report. All aspects and issues were covered, from substantial roof damage to jiggling hose taps, making a potential home purchase a much easier and clearer decision. I heartily recommend this company.
