Mary helped me gain my mobility back and relieve intense pain from frozen shoulder. Her in-depth knowledge and specialty training in bodywork makes her my go-to person for all my upper body issues. I feel really lucky to have found her!
Meribeth is very skilled in therapeutic massage. She can find the muscles that are causing pain and get them to release. Would highly recommend trying her out if you have tightness or pain in your hips, back neck or shoulders.
I’ve been seeing Mary now for several visits and she is amazing. She has been able to relieve pain in places that I have been dealing with for years. She targets those areas and really takes the time to get my muscles nice and loose. Thank you Mary!
