I would say the term “bull in a china shop” seems about right.Kevin sent me a mailer for an inspection ($325) as my newly purchased home was coming up on the end of its one-year warranty. He was very responsive to scheduling by email and flexible with dates when I needed to reschedule. He did help me to identify some things that might be covered under the warranty, which I can now ask the builder to fix.But when he arrived it felt like he barreled through my home without respect for the fact that we are currently living here. And he ended up causing moderate damage to the paint on my bathroom door. If the builder fixes things he found on the inspection for free, maybe...read full review

Kevin is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Does a great job every time I've used him for my home inspections. As a real estate investor, its nice to have someone you can trust to do an thorough inspection. High recommended.
