Scott the owner was very helpful in selecting the correct product and giving me a reasonable project cost. Employees and staff of Clear View are very professional, polite, friendly and hard workers. Workmanship is fantastic. They were very careful about shingle and nail debris falling onto my deck and landscape around my home. They placed tarps around the landscaped area and deck to catch debris and then followed up with magnetic tool to pick up any loose roofing nails. My landscape and deck looked magnificent when the project was complete. I would highly recommend Clear View Exteriors. They took before and after pictures and gave them to me.“

“I'm giving Tacoma Roofing & Waterproofing an excellent review because my residential roof replacement was done right. Tony their estimator did a very thorough job inspecting my home for any type of ventilation or leak issues. I was given options as to the type of roof, original or upgrade to GAF Ridge Vent system. From there the delivery of roofing materials was timely and roofing started immediately thereafter. The job site PM Damon kept things moving, prevented delays, and kept me updated. The roofers were great guys and came onsite enthusiastic and ready to work, and performed the work with attention to detail. Afterwards they did a nice job of cleaning up the debris. “We knew when we were going to get our roof done, we would be using Preferred Roof Services. They are local, family owned and ran and take pride in their craft. This house’s roof was 34 years old as were the gutters and we were dealing with a very difficult HOA that demanded one specific brand and type of shingle to replace the cedar shake. They took extra care and built covers over all of my garden boxes and water features. They made sure they picked up all scraps and residual material. The pride they took in the entire project was worth its weight in gold. They even had an excellent gutter referral and suggested that black gutters would really complete the appearance. Even though we couldn't identify the exact cause, he gave us really good step by step explanation on what we should do next to prevent the issue in the future.
