They texted me to let me know that the technician Sean was done early on a job and would be coming over in a few minutes. When he arrived, he was polite, concerned about our floors (ready to use shoe covers and mindful about tracking dirt/debris in). He explained the potential problems very well, and kept me informed as he worked through potential solutions. He even taught me (because I asked out of curiosity) about how some of the parts worked to keep my AC running. Sean quickly and efficiently fixed the unit and worked to even improve it (leveling and stabilization) beyond how he found it. “We got three estimates before deciding on Town and Country Roofing. They were the middle bid, but that was not why we selected them. We were impressed with what they said they would do and how they would do it. We had requested that the box vents on the west side of the house be moved to the east side. Instead, Pete, the salesman, suggested roof vents which would give the roof a cleaner look and also provide better attic ventilation. They also said they would replace the furnace and hot water vents with new ones and paint them to match the roof color. The plastic plumbing vent boots were replaced with lead boots. We had noticed that some roofers in the area were not replacing vents, but using the same ones.

On the morning of the first day, Pete was at the house to introduce the crew lead and get the project started, and make sure the crew knew what was to be protected around the perimeter of the house. He also checked in several times during the day. The crew worked as quietly as possible, no loud music playing. Both days they arrived at the appointed time and cleaned up completely each day.

Because they used less of the estimated OSB to replace rotted or wet sheeting, the actual price was a little less than the estimate. The new roof looks great. We highly recommend Town and Country for a roofing project - extremely professional and quality work.“
