Derek is a no nonsense guy and explained everything. He did not try to sell anything that wasn’t necessary. The crew was fast and efficient and got done in a day. Derek was amazing to work with. He is beyond helpful, understanding and an excellent communicator. He is the nicest person ever to chat and do business with. Derek came out and gave a quote and got to work a few days later.
