Our home had some very unfortunate water damage from a poor patch in the roof from previous owners. It ended up affecting a good bit more than the roof. We had so much water soaked into the roof supports that it froze, and we would have water leakage when there was no rain because it was thawing on warmer days.
Jesus was able to come asses the situation within 24 hours, take measurements, and provide an estimate. Very reasonably priced and able to take time to place a temporary cover over the main problem until they were able to start the work.
Once started, they were non-stop each day. The team was always timely, punctual, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. We never felt in their way, and we're always respectful of our space and situation. We have a few dogs, and they made it easy to coordinate them, also not being an issue while they were working.
Every step of the way, Jesus would provide updates and ask our input for any situation that came up with the roof repair and front door as there was sufficiently more damage than anticipated. As such, the project took a little longer than forseen, and they were able to continue without affecting other jobs they had scheduled. Could not have asked for a better team to work with.
We will definitely have them help us with our next project. As said in previous reviews, they do way more than roofing, and they do it all with precision and care for their work. It's not just about making the customer happy. They want to be proud of their work as well.

“Being that I live in the Car Wash state, I have had several roofs repaired/replaced. All of them have been done by Brazil's and I will never, ever go with any other company. A few months ago I discovered my garage roof was leaking. I believe it was Alex who came out, got on the roof and said, yup, here they are-two of them. I decided to have the entire roof repaired and the new shingles installed.
The team showed up fifteen minutes early and within minutes were working on my garage roof. IT is an amazing thing to watch a well trained, organized and professional team work together. It always surprises me how quickly they can do a roof. The clean up afterwards is exceptional. I even tried to pick up a plastic bag and one of the team said, don't worry, we'll get that. And they did. Later I ran my rolling magnet over the lawn and found maybe ten nails? That's IT. And I really can't say if the nails had been there for years. Only one looked brand new.
Nails, by the way, is another reason I go with Brazil's. They still use roofing nails. If you want to lose shingles, just have a fly by night 'git 'er done' company staple them on. That type of roofer doesn't even pay attention to placement of the staples. They just slap that stapler wherever. Later on in a high wind, the staples let go and shingles go flying.
Not with Brazil's. They use NAILS.
If you need a new roof, or a repair, call Brazil's. You will get a good roof at a Very reasonable price and.......and they warranty the roof!“
